Thank you for your purchase of natural stone slabs. Your signature below indicates your understanding and approval of the following:
Natural stone is a product of nature and is therefore subject to inherent variations in dimensions, color, and shade, as well as geological flaws, irregular markings, voids, pitting, veins, fissures, and lines of minor separation. These characteristics are part of the natural beauty of the stone and do not impair its function or durability. The mineral characteristics found in natural stone create visible texture within the stone and are to be expected in the finished product. All natural stones, to varying degrees, are susceptible to staining and etching. All natural stones are composed of minerals and are not 100% of any one type of stone.
Encore Stone Studio does not warrant quartz slabs that fail due to manufacturing defects discovered after fabrication or installation. Quartz slabs should not be installed outdoors. Other brands of quartz slabs come with their own manufacturer warranty. The warranty applies only to the repair or replacement of failed material that has been permanently installed in your residence. The option to repair or replace the material is at the sole discretion of Encore Stone Studio and/or the quartz manufacturer. Quartz products are subject to etching, staining, and scratching. Warranties apply to the product only and do not include costs associated with fabrication or re-fabrication of the material.
Encore Stone Studio is not responsible for confirming the number of slabs needed for a project. Slabs cannot be returned or exchanged — ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
