About the Project

Warm, relaxed and quietly refined, this Boerne home proves that a neutral palette doesn’t have to play it safe. Natural textures, deep charcoal accents and carefully chosen stone give each room its own identity while creating a consistent thread throughout the home.

For Encore, the project is a beautiful example of what happens when material selections respond to the space rather than compete with it. From expressive marble in the kitchen to darker, more restrained surfaces elsewhere in the home, each stone brings something different to the story.

The result isn’t a house built around the stone, it’s stone chosen for the way the house was meant to feel.

One Home.
More Than One Answer.

One of the things we love about natural stone is that there doesn’t have to be a single material that carries an entire home. A dramatic marble can have its moment in one room while something quieter takes over in the next.

Here, changes in color, movement and finish help give the individual spaces their own character without losing the larger point of view. Sometimes choosing the “best” stone actually has two answers.

It’s about finding the right stone for each part of the story.
